We encountered multiple issues during our stay. The hotel's advertised pool was closed, which was very disappointing for my daughter. Additionally, there was a significant lapse in safety when my daughter slipped in a wet elevator with no warning sign. To top it off, the fire alarms went off twice at 6 AM on our first night, creating panic and confusion, only to discover it was a false alarm. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk, they merely offered apologies without any attempts to rectify the situation.

However, the shower curtain could use a replacement as it had a tear.

I was blown away by the spacious Double Suite with Two Double Beds! The breakfast spread was a game-changer. I indulged in warm cinnamon rolls that were out of this world! Plus, the staff crafted a personalized welcome.

The location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The breakfast selection offered a variety, including homemade yogurt, which was a nice touch. However, the room, while spacious, faced the highway, and we experienced noise from passing trucks throughout the night. A better soundproofing solution would enhance comfort significantly. The overall experience was positive, but the noise issue was a drawback that should be addressed.
